ما الذي نجمعه

• رمز الإشعارات: إذا سمحت بالإشعارات، نحفظ رمز الإشعار الخاص بجهازك ونوع النظام (أندرويد أو iOS) ووقت آخر تحديث، لنرسل لك إشعارات عن المنتجات الجديدة والعروض. عند إيقاف الإشعارات من داخل التطبيق يُحذف الرمز من خوادمنا.
• تقارير الأعطال: عند توقف التطبيق بشكل غير متوقع، يُرسل Firebase Crashlytics تقريراً تقنياً يتضمن تفاصيل الخطأ وطراز الجهاز وإصدار النظام والتطبيق ومعرّفاً عشوائياً للتثبيت. نستخدمه فقط لإصلاح الأعطال.
• عدّادات المنتجات: نحتسب عدد مرات عرض المنتج وإضافته إلى السلة كأرقام إجمالية مجهولة، دون ربطها بك أو بجهازك.

ما الذي لا نجمعه

• لا نجمع اسمك أو رقم هاتفك أو بريدك الإلكتروني أو موقعك الجغرافي.
• السلة محفوظة على جهازك فقط.
• الطلبات تُرسل من خلال واتساب الخاص بك؛ نستلم ما ترسله إلينا عبر واتساب فقط، وتخضع الرسالة لسياسة خصوصية واتساب.
• لا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نبيع بياناتك أو نشاركها مع أي جهة لأغراض تسويقية.

أين تُحفظ البيانات

تُحفظ البيانات أعلاه على خدمات Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore وCrashlytics) وتُنقل دائماً عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS). تُرسل الإشعارات عبر خدمة Expo وخدمات الإشعارات من Google وApple.

التحكم والحذف

• يمكنك إيقاف الإشعارات في أي وقت من إعدادات التطبيق أو من إعدادات جهازك، فيُحذف رمز الإشعار.
• حذف التطبيق يحذف السلة وكل ما يحفظه التطبيق على جهازك.
• لطلب حذف أي بيانات أخرى، تواصل معنا على الرقم 0792 468 111 أو عبر واتساب.

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عاماً. قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، ونعرض تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة.

Privacy policy (English)

This policy covers the Rubou Al Naserah app (package com.lawazempack.app) for Android and iOS and the website nasrapack.com, operated by Rubou Al Naserah Packaging Supplies, Marka, Amman, Jordan. The app has no accounts and does not ask for your name, phone number, email or location.

What we collect. (1) If you allow notifications: your device's push token, platform (Android/iOS) and last update time, used only to send product and offer notifications; turning notifications off in the app deletes the token from our servers. (2) Crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics: error details, device model, OS and app version and a random installation ID, used only to fix crashes. (3) Anonymous aggregate counts of product views and add-to-cart taps, not linked to you or your device.

What we do not collect. Your cart is stored only on your device. Orders are sent through your own WhatsApp; we receive only what you send us there, under WhatsApp's privacy policy. We show no ads and do not sell or share your data for marketing.

Storage and security. Data is stored on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Crashlytics) and always transmitted over HTTPS. Notifications are delivered through Expo and Google/Apple push services.

Your choices. Disable notifications at any time in the app or device settings. Uninstalling the app removes everything it stores on your device. To request deletion of any other data, contact us at +962 792 468 111 or on WhatsApp. The app is not directed at children under 13.
